Melissa Lynum

As a 2001 graduate of the St. Croix Center For The Healing Arts and a 2004 graduate of Florida College of Natural Health, Melissa has extensive training in massage and bodywork.  In addition to her work as a licensed massage therapist, she is also trained as a birth doula. Melissa specializes in deep tissue, prenatal and postpartum massage and has most recently become a practitioner of the Arvigo technique  of Mayan Abdominal Therapy. In her work, Melissa prefers the holistic approach and believes in the mind-body connection. She brings genuine enthusiasm and compassion to her work, assisting others to achieve their goals in health and wellness.
