Yoga 101

with Rachel Bers


4-week Session: October 6 - October 7

Mondays from 5:00 - 6:15pm

Perfect for anyone who is new to yoga, Bloom's Yoga 101 provides a solid foundation in the essential yoga poses. Each session builds on the previous week’s class, allowing you to absorb and apply what you’ve learned so that you’ll feel prepared for our ongoing Basics classes. Get a thorough introduction to yoga in the company of other brand new beginners as you look in-depth at the most commonly practiced poses, and take advantage of the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Yoga 101

During the 4-week session, all enrolled students will receive a 15% discount off any class card packages, massages, or store items. Students are required to attend the first session of the series but may makeup one of the other sessions should that be necessary.

Rachel Bers
Inspired to share the gift of yoga with others, Rachel completed her 200-hour teaching certification in 2007 at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica.  Rachel’s teaching style is an inspired blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow and her classes encourage fluidity, mindfulness, and fun.  Rachel tries to establish a warm, open environment where practitioners feel safe to travel within, connect with themselves, and become present in their practice.
