Labor 101

**Workshop Cancelled**

This unique workshop is designed for pregnant women and their labor support partner(s). Through both discussion and experiential learning, we will explore a variety of tools to assist in the process of labor and birth. The postpartum period will also be discussed. We will cover the following techniques: Massage, breathing, positions for labor and birth, visualization, sound, aromatherapy, heat and cold, and acupressure.

Pre-registration is required and space is limited. Register here.

Natalie is a certified Childbirth Educator and has also enjoyed the rewarding work as a doula for over two years. She has attended a wide variety of births in the home and hospital setting, including Cesarean and VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) births.

Cancellation Policy:

Full payment reserves your space. No refunds are given for cancellations. If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the workshop, your payment is applied to a studio credit that you can use for any Bloom Yoga Studio product or service. Studio credits expire one year from date of purchase. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the workshop, you forfeit your payment. In the event that Bloom must cancel a workshop a full credit or refund will be issued.
