Lauren Bisio

Lauren was first introduced to yoga in high school as a complement to her dance training.  Now a professional dancer, she is drawn to yoga as moving meditation uniting mind and body.  Lauren is so happy to be a part of the Bloom community, and when she’s not in the studio you can find her performing throughout the city with RE|Dance Group.  Before moving to Chicago, she performed with Prometheus Dance in Boston, MA and Eksperymentalne Studio Tanca in Krakow, Poland.
