Dori Conn Dori has been practicing massage therapy and Zen Shiatsu since 1993, and providing birth and parenting support since 1994. She studied massage and shiatsu primarily at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, developing and enhancing her style over the years through numerous continuing education workshops in techniques that honor and work with the individual and the body’s wisdom. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Northwestern University. Passionate about birth and parenting, Dori adores providing massage support to women and their partners through the childbearing year and beyond. Her clients also include people in wide range of life stages and occupations-students, professors, executives, retirees, athletes, carpenters, musicians, and many more. She runs her practice from the home she shares with her husband and two children. As a family they host occasional acoustic music house concerts and frequent waffle breakfasts. Generally, they prefer bikes to cars, clotheslines to dryers, and libraries to bookstores.
