Jeana Pietrus From finding her first yoga class while on a walk, to utilizing yoga to bond with her first child, yoga continues to be an evolving journey for Jeana. After falling in love with the practice, Jeana sought yoga teacher training through Integrative Yoga Therapy. This exposure brought out a desire to utilize yoga as a healing vehicle. Jeana opened Trinity Yoga in Andersonville for that purpose before being called to California in 2002. While in California, Jeana spent time with Judith Lasater studying restorative yoga. She also became an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher in order to continue along the healing path. During her pregnancy of her first child, she became fascinated with the alignment of yoga and the birthing process. Her son, Caleb, has led the yoga journey in another fascinating direction with Itsy Bitsy Yoga®. Yoga continues to teach Jeana valuable lessons, on and off the mat, and she can’t wait to see where yoga leads her next. Back to Bloom Community page |
