Paul Weitz As a senior teacher of both Yoga and Thai Healing, Paul Weitz distills the essence of these arts and shares it openly with clarity, warmth and humor. His teaching is inspired by his own experience of Yoga as a personal expression of transformation. Paul offers a balanced practice of strength and surrender. Here, students may tap into their own innate wisdom and creativity, which arises naturally out of a deeper understanding of self.
