relieve stress and produce a feeling of overall well-being. The practice of Yoga enables you to become more comfortable and connected,
body and mind.

I’m new to Yoga and/or I have an injury. How should I start?
Welcome! We have a few great options for you to start with. If you’ve never taken a yoga
class before and want to see what it’s all about, you can register for our monthly Free Intro
class. It’s a great way to learn about yoga and what to expect in our regular classes.
If you’re just getting back into yoga or are looking for something a little more in-depth,
Yoga 101 is perfect for you. Yoga 101 is a four-week workshop that focuses on the fundamentals of
yoga. At the end of the four weeks you'll have a solid understanding of poses and alignment.
You can find information about upcoming Free Intro and Yoga 101 sessions on our calendar.
If you’d prefer to jump into an ongoing class, any of our Level 1 classes will be a good fit. See our current class schedule for details
Is there a free class I can attend to see if I like it?
See above. Our monthly Free Intro class is a good way to find out if our classes are for you.
Do I have to be in shape or be very flexible?
Nope. Our introductory classes have people of all different physical backgrounds. You’ll feel right at home.
Is there a conflict between Yoga and my religion?
No. People from all different religious backgrounds come here and that’s because nothing we do here approaches any religious teaching.
If you're concerned about this, stop by and take a look around. You won’t find any altars or religious iconography in our studios.
What should I wear?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and dress in layers so you can adjust should you get hot or cool.
Can my friend use my class card?
Yes, we love sharing! Just stop by the front desk and we'll get you set up.
Are you a ‘green’ business?
We’re a 9 on a 10 scale. We built the studio using sustainable materials such as bamboo
flooring and painted using zero-voc paints to reduce the toxins released into the air.
We purchase our paper products like tissue paper, toilet paper, and paper towels from
recycled content suppliers like Seventh Generation or TreeHugger. Our cleaning products are
typically organic and non-toxic. We use reusable mugs for water (instead of disposable cups)
and we recycle as much as we can. In a nutshell, we do our best to be green wherever we can. Let us know if you have any
comments or suggestions.
I saw that picture at Bloom. Can Zach really levitate?
He won’t say. When pushed, he’ll claim that "it’s amazing what the mind can accomplish."
Should I tip the massage therapist after my massage?
It's customary and certainly appreciated, but by no means is it required.
Are you ever closed for holidays?
