		Salute the Sun Saturday, July 18 Join Ryan for an invigorating exploration into the world of Sun Salutations. Sun Salutations improve both strength and flexibility of the muscles and spine, warms and detoxifies the body, and tones the abs. Discover the joy & power of sun salutations!

		Family Yoga Saturday, July 25 This fun and interactive class invites, kids and parents to share in the joy of yoga. Each class will teach the family playful poses that can be done together or alone, gentle breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Share yoga with the whole family!
