Learn to Teach Yoga Nidra:

The Practice of Conscious Relaxation

A Hybrid Training with Mia Park

An In-Demand Specialty

Yoga Nidra is a research-backed, in-demand specialty offered in yoga studios, meditation apps, mental health settings, hospitals, workplaces, and more. But there's more to the technique than simply reading from a script.

In this experiential 30-hour training, you will learn the history and origins of Yoga Nidra, practice the key techniques from four different Nidra systems, prepare scripts, and hone your skills with teaching practice and feedback.

"Mia is so genuine and well-equipped to teach from a loving and grounded place. It is clear she is deeply practiced on her own and respects both the origins and various interpretations of yoga nidra. I felt so cared for when in Mia's presence." - C. Stypka

Who is this training for?

You don't need to be a yoga teacher to lead Yoga Nidra. It is a helpful addition to the therapeutic toolkit of any wellness practitioner.

Yoga Nidra can be taught as a stand alone practice or as part of a complete yoga practice to anyone. Bring this powerful technique of deep relaxation to your clients and yoga students for an enriching experience.

Prior experience teaching group experiences or working therapeutically with individuals is strongly suggested. This training is best suited for dedicated students who try first to find answers before asking, who want to understand the depth of conscious relaxation, and who prioritize their learning over teaching.

Learn to safely and confidently teach Yoga Nidra - the "yoga of sleep" - a simple yet potent technique. The practitioner is led, or leads themselves, into progressively deeper states of consciousness by systematically quieting the nervous system. This deeply restorative practice is said to be the origin of hypnosis.

Yoga Nidra can be used for healing, relaxation, and to cultivate meditative insight. Clinical studies have affirmed its many health benefits, including the relief of insomnia, anxiety, and PTSD symptoms.
