Laura Davies

Laura Davies began practicing yoga regularly in 2004, as a way to complement a movement repertoire that included dance and CrossFit. She believes in the significant power of yoga to improve mind and body. She loves sharing tiny insights that can add up to greater perspective, and draws on studies in Buddhist philosophy, positive psychology and neuroplasticity to help students become more mindful both on and off the mat.

Laura completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Bloom Yoga Studio in June 2019. She continues to build on that foundation by attending and teaching classes with curiosity and a learner’s perspective.
