Anna Stefanski
Anna began attending yoga classes regularly at Bloom in 2005 as a way to relieve the physical and mental strains of a busy life as a corporate office manager. As she discovered both a practice and a community she loved, she left the corporate world and began studying yoga in earnest.
Consistent practice soon gave way to heightened mental clarity and emotional balance and it's there that Anna realized how a mindful yoga practice can be a tool for transformation. She became certified to teach yoga in 2009, and has specialized certifications in teaching Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Mindfulness.
Her lighthearted and mindful classes include opportunities to cultivate ease through movement, building awareness through stillness. She invites students to slow down, enjoy their practice as a way of tuning in and supports individualizing each person’s journey toward well-being.
