Chelsea is a teacher who never stops learning. A student of Yoga since 2006 and a teacher since 2011, Chelsea has consistently sought mentorship from incredible teachers from various lineages and, through the special alchemy of receiving and processing, hopes to transmit these teachings authentically and with grace. She believes that Yoga has endless wisdom and an incredible capacity for healing, which she gladly applies to her own mind and body so that she can share her findings from a place of knowing with all who seek to practice with her. Chelsea is a proud member of the Prairie Yoga family, as well as a student of the incomparable Gabriel Halpern, and longtime practitioner of Parayoga, and Prajna Yoga as taught by Tias Little. In Chelsea’s classes, you can expect to receive guidance in somatic movement, Iyengar style alignment, Yogic philosophy, and deep realization of breath-work and meditative awareness. At any “level,” Chelsea seeks to transmit Yoga in a way that penetrates each layer of being.
