Karen completed both the 200-hour and 500-hour RYT training at Moksha Yoga Center in 2014. She is a firm believer that if everyone practiced yoga, this would be a happier and more peaceful planet! Karen is committed to lead her students through a vinyasa flow practice that leaves them feeling stronger and more centered than they were when they walked into the studio! Karen’s teachings provide students with tools they can use off the mat and out in the world.
