Meghan Rutledge

For over 20 years, Meghan has embraced the power of yoga to navigate the ups and downs of life, including anxiety, burnout, and perimenopause. Meghan earned her 200-hr yoga teacher certification in Bali, a transformative experience that allowed her the privilege of learning from a direct descendant of Hatha yoga, a Balinese priest, and a Native American healer. Additionally, Meghan holds a BA in Music and certifications in Gentle & Restorative Yoga, Menopause YogaTM, and Life & Career Coaching.

Her core belief centers around making yoga accessible to all, recognizing its pivotal role in assisting individuals in coping with the demands of modern life. Meghan draws from her diverse experiences to craft classes that are centered, flowing, fun, and intuitive. Integrating meditation, pranayama, vinyasa, and the therapeutic vibrations of sound healing, Meghan’s students can anticipate leaving her classes with a profound sense of self-compassion and inner peace.
