Samantha Sierakowski
Samantha’s yoga journey began when she was a pre-teen. Looking for a way to move and
connect with her body, she turned on her television, and did her first ever sun salutation
with a video game avatar as her guide. Fifteen years and tons of in-person and virtual yoga
classes later, her relationship with yoga has blossomed beyond the physical asana into a
mindful, reflective, and rooted practice. As a yoga practitioner, she believes finding balance,
stillness, and exploring your inner landscape is integral to one’s mental health and overall
wellbeing. She is inspired to share the gifts yoga has bestowed to her with others.
Samantha strives to create safe environments for people of all bodies and backgrounds to
practice, explore, and connect with their minds and bodies through the physical and
meditative aspects of yoga. She believes in meeting students where they are, and enjoys
making yoga accessible. Samantha completed her 200-hour Teacher Training through Bloom
Yoga Studio, and also holds certification in Gentle, Restorative, and Pelvic Floor Yoga.
Outside of yoga, Samantha enjoys reading, dancing, trying out new restaurants, and taking
long walks in nature. When she’s not in the studio, Samantha is usually traveling. She loves
to explore different landscapes, learn about different cultures, and foster connections with
the people she meets along the way. She often uses her travels as a way to reconnect with
nature and expand her perspective, which helps guide and inspire her yoga teaching.
Whether a student has been practicing yoga for years or has never stepped foot onto a yoga
mat, Samantha warmly welcomes and encourages students of all levels, holding space for
them to grow, explore, and transform, on the mat.
